As these characters are inherently mob characters, they do not have any lines. However, owners can appear alongside their products or activities within the same frame. If you do not wish to participate, we will proceed with filming by animating the avatar using bone control, ensuring that only the avatar appears on screen. 2️⃣エンドクレジット掲載 1.の出演を有無にかかわらず、保有者様すべてのクレジットをエンドロールにて掲載させていただきます。 これは、個人名、クリエーター名、芸名、企業名、商品名などご希望の形で構いません 【End Credit listing】 Regardless of participation in point 2, all owners will be credited in the end roll. The credit can be in any preferred form, such as an individual name, creator name, stage name, company name, or product name. 3️⃣告知 アニメの撮影はメタバースプラットフォームclusterで行います。 時期は未定。ただし、先行アナウンスとして当方X、もしくはインスタグラムにて告知させていただきます。 また、clusterではアニメ制作風景を毎週月曜に作業配信しています。そちらで直接告知することもできます。 ぜひアバターを着て遊びにお越しください 【About Notification】 The animation filming will take place on the metaverse platform cluster. 1.利用主体 営利・非営利の目的加えて個人、法人問わず利用を可能です 2.プラットフォームへのアップロード メタバースプラットフォームclusterへのアップロードを主としています その他プラットフォームへのアップロードも可能ではありますが、後述の項「加工」「配布、再配布」を遵守願います 3.加工 A)特典のアニメ映像内に入る場合には、調整・改変はなさらないでください。 B)撮影への参加をお望みでない方は、調整、改変していただいても構いません。 調整、改変前の元データ、つまり保有アバターの原本状態ではアニメに登場します。 C)前途の通り、調整・改変される程度によっては、アニメで使われたものと見た目が乖離することがありますこと予めご了承ください 4.配布・再配布 加工の項より改変・未改変問わず、配布は許可致しません 5.センシティブ表現 性的表現、暴力表現への取り決めは特にはございませんが、当方の範疇外の場面ではその時折の公序良俗への十分な配慮をお願いします。その際の保有者個人の判断への責任は負いかねます 政治活動・宗教活動への許可は致しかねます 6.権利 権利はいかなる場合においても譲渡致しません 7.その他 その他質問がありましたらご連絡お願いいたします また、規約内の文言不足による後天性の問題の際は、警告事後当方の要望に従ってください DLCという特性上、返金は受け付けかねます。ご無理のない範囲でご購入を検討されてください
Terms of Service
1. **Usage Entities** Usage is permitted for both profit and non-profit purposes, and can be utilized by individuals or corporations. 2. **Uploading to Platforms** The primary platform for uploading is the metaverse platform *cluster*. Uploading to other platforms is also possible, but please adhere to the following sections regarding *modification* and *distribution/re-distribution*. 3. **Modification** A) If your content is to appear in the animated footage as a special feature, please refrain from making adjustments or alterations. B) If you do not wish to participate in the filming, you are free to make adjustments or alterations. C) Please note that depending on the extent of modifications or adjustments, the appearance of the content in the animation may differ from the original version. 4. **Distribution/Re-distribution** Distribution is not permitted, whether modified or unmodified, as per the modification section mentioned earlier. 5. **Sensitive Expressions** There are no specific rules regarding sexual or violent expressions. However, we ask for due consideration to public decency in contexts outside of our scope. The responsibility for individual judgment in such cases lies with the content owner, and we are not liable. Political and religious activities are not permitted. 6. **Rights** Rights will never be transferred under any circumstances. 7. **Other** If you have any questions, please contact us. Additionally, in the event of any issues arising due to insufficient terms in these regulations, please follow our requests after a warning. Due to the nature of DLC, refunds will not be accepted. Please consider purchasing as much as you can afford.
